1960 Plymouth Fury Custom Hardtop
The 1960 Plymouth Fury is the last model year to have the tailfins. This particular unit is fully rebuilt and customized with high-end parts.
The vehicle is powered by a 6.1-liter Gen 3 HEMI, V8 engine breathing through a 3×2-barrel carburetor setup. The headers and exhaust are custom built and ceramic-coated, complete with stainless steel MagnaFlow mufflers.
The power output peaks at 440 hp and 440 lb/ft of torque. The transmission is an all-new 518-A TorqueFlite 4-speed automatic which powers a Currie 9” rear axle with a 3.55:1 differential.
Custom frame connectors are installed to prevent body flex, as the Fury utilizes a unibody design. There is a Magnum Force suspension in the front and COMP engineering 4-link suspension in the rear end.
