New Tesla Video Shows A Beautiful Red Model 3 Drifting On Snow
A new 15-second video was posted on the Tesla YouTube channel showing an aerial video of the Model 3 taking turns sideways on a closed snow course. There is no sound, no comment and no description beyond a link to their sales page.
The Model 3 comes with 3 packages:
Single motor, RWD
Dual motor, AWD
Dual motor, AWD Performance
While not specifically mentioned, there is little doubt we’re seeing anything different than the performance version.
The car dynamically adjusts power to each axle to maintain maximum traction in all weather conditions. The “Track Mode” available with the performance version further modifies the settings to provide the best possible handling on closed courses.
On pavement, Model 3 achieves 0-60 acceleration in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph.
With 450 horsepower and 471 lb/ft of torque instantaneously available to all four wheels the moment you put your foot down, the car has more than enough power to throw you sideways in the corners.
