Like the Civic, the Honda Accord is a workhorse that offers reliability and durability. It’s been around since 1976 and the Accord has made Car and Driver’s Ten Best list more than thirty times. The Accord is generally a heavier car, so it’s safer in a crash. It comes in coupe or midsize versions and offers a choice of a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder engine, or there’s a hybrid version. Some models have a collision mitigation system and a rearview camera. Newer models offer more features of course, like seat heaters, alloy wheels, and overhead airbags.

According to Edmunds, the 2019 Accord is roomy and offers sporty handling, ranking 8.3 out of 10. The prices range from $23-35K. Another excellent Honda for the money.
