At least one dealership has started accepting deposits for the upcoming mid-engine C8 Corvette. Kerbeck, the world’s largest Corvette dealership (located in New Jersey) has started reaching out to previous Corvette buyers who have shown interest in the upcoming 8th generation of the iconic sports car.

There is no information yet on when the price will be announced or when initial deliveries will begin, but terms for deposits have been established on a first come, first serve basis:

Phase 1 – Get on the C8 Purchase List

Now taking a $1,000.00 refundable deposit which entitles you to placement on
our purchase list for the next generation C8 Corvette.

Phase 2 – GM Announces the Price

After there is published pricing from General Motors Chevrolet Division we will
offer you a buyers order for the vehicle that you configure with the color and
options you select.

At that time it is your choice to either have your $1,000.00 deposit refunded or
continue on and add the amount to the deposit that would total 5% of the total
vehicle price as shown on the factory window sticker (some orders may require a
larger deposit), sign the buyers order and the deposit would no longer be
refundable.

This is significant because up until now General Motors and Chevrolet have not even publicly admitted the C8 is coming despite all the spy-shots of the car circulating online.

We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
