Power is delivered to the 2019 BMW M850i’s xDrive all wheel drive via a turbocharged eight speed transmission and is sent to BMW’s xDrive all-wheel drive via an improved eight-speed transmission, though the system sends power to the rear wheels only if the computer detects slip.
While not exactly light or nimble, the new 8 Series BMW is a muscular and agile competitor that feels tight and responsive.

Powered with a twin turbocharged 4.4 liter V-8, this beast delivers a blistering 523 horsepower, a clear upgrade compared to the previous 6 Series. The brand describes a top speed at 155 mph with a 0 to 60 of under 3.5 seconds. This car can likely go much, much faster.
