The Rolls-Royce Sweptail is the most expensive car for civilian use, coming in at $13 million. With that, this car is not available to your average consumer because Rolls-Royce only made one. Rolls-Royce constructed it for a single client who will forever remain nameless, but nearly every aspect of the car was custom-designed for this client. It looks plain on the outside but has a vintage appeal.
The only thing the public knows about the mystery client is that he or she is a British national, as the car has a British license plate. The interior has handcrafted leather and wood and only has two seats. Due to its fine detail and craftsmanship, Rolls-Royce spent four years making this single car.
