“It has ten radiators. That’s more than my house!” Jeremy Clarkson remarked while reviewing the legendary Veyron when it was finally tested on BBC’s Top Gear. It’s a funhouse of numbers, the Veyron, going far beyond the count of radiators. An 8.0 liter, W16 engine packing 1,001 hp and 921lb ft of torque reached 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds, 0-124 mph in 7.3 seconds, and 0-186 mph in 16.7 seconds. If you kept the pedal facing south, it would go on to its true acclaim, a top speed of 254 mph. Game changer.
