Most drivers agree that in order to have safe and well-functioning roads to drive on, then some rules must be enforced. Sure, we don’t like it when we’re pulled over for speeding or for a headlight not working and we might even think we were treated unfairly, but we eventually admit that it’s our own fault we got that ticket. However, driving laws in some countries or areas are indeed too weird to treat seriously.
